Welcome to UnoLink AI. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UnoLink AI ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility

To use UnoLink AI, you must:

  • Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

If you are using UnoLink AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account Registration and Security

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Not share your account with others
  • Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Plans

UnoLink AI offers multiple subscription tiers:

  • Free Plan - Limited features for personal use
  • Pro Plan - Advanced features for professionals
  • Team Plan - Agency features for teams and clients

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.

Free Trial

We may offer free trials for paid plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription. We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use UnoLink AI to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Distribute spam, malware, or viruses
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Scrape, crawl, or collect data without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
  • Interfere with or disrupt our service
  • Sell or resell our service without authorization
  • Use the service for illegal adult content or services

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share on UnoLink AI ("Your Content"). By using our service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, store, and display Your Content
  • Process Your Content to provide our services
  • Use Your Content to improve our AI features (anonymized)
  • Display Your Content on your public bio page

Our Intellectual Property

UnoLink AI and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property. You may not use our intellectual property without our written permission.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on UnoLink AI infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@unolink.ai with details of the alleged infringement.

Digital Products and Transactions

Selling Products

If you sell digital products through UnoLink AI, you agree to:

  • Own or have rights to sell the products
  • Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
  • Deliver products as described
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Handle customer support and disputes
  • Pay applicable fees and taxes

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. You must comply with Stripe's terms of service. We are not responsible for payment processing issues or disputes.

Fees

We may charge transaction fees or platform fees for sales made through UnoLink AI. Current fees are disclosed in your account settings. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice.

Refunds

Refund policies for digital products are set by individual sellers. We are not responsible for refund disputes between buyers and sellers.

Agency Features (Team Plan)

Team Plan subscribers can:

  • Create and manage client accounts
  • Invite team members
  • Access agency analytics

As a Team Plan owner, you are responsible for:

  • Managing team member access and permissions
  • Ensuring team members comply with these Terms
  • All activities performed by your team members
  • Maintaining appropriate client agreements

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

UnoLink AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific results or outcomes
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers
  • Data backup or recovery

AI Features

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use. We are not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated content.

Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party services (Stripe, OpenAI, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnoLink AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Damages resulting from third-party content or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UnoLink AI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
  • Your Content or products
  • Your interactions with other users

Termination

  • Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will be revoked
  • Your Content may be deleted
  • You remain liable for any outstanding fees
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@unolink.ai to attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UnoLink AI.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Waiver
